Dr. Beatty is a board certified neurosurgeon who has been in active practice for over four decades dedicated to spinal surgery. He provides litigation support services regarding problems related to neurosurgery of the spine.

- Emphasizing deviations from the standard of care, missed diagnoses, and avoidance and treatment of surgical complications
Dr. Beatty travels to Wisconsin, central Illinois and northern Indiana for IMEs.
Dr. Beatty is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, and member of the North American Spine Society, among others. He is a founding member of the Illinois State Advisory Council on spinal cord and head injury.
